Safety is our absolute priority. The reporting system makes it possible to collect and manage reports in order to continuously improve the safety of operations.
Reporting System
The reporting system is designed to collect and manage data relating to:
- Serious accidents and incidents
- Events that have endangered or could endanger safety
- Anomalous situations with safety implications
- Monitoring of identified risks
The reception of safety reports, the related investigations and all resulting actions are managed by Aero Club Torino through ClearedOps, the platform dedicated to managing the safety of operations.
EASA Definition
"Any safety-related event which endangers or which, if not corrected or addressed, could endanger an aircraft, its occupants or any other person."
Submit a Report
Reports can be submitted completely anonymously. Every report will receive an acknowledgement demonstrating that the submission will be taken into consideration and managed.
Submit a ReportThe system integrates individual reports submitted through the portals of the competent authorities.

Aero Club Torino promotes a safety culture based on transparency and mutual trust. Voluntary reports do not entail disciplinary consequences, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We encourage all members and operators to report any event or condition that could compromise the safety of operations. Only through the sharing of information can we continuously improve.
